Whether you say it a taillight, tail lamp, rear lamp or stop lamp, the lighting system mounted at the rear end of your car is the one that in true sense adds a ton of distinction to your vehicle. Taillight is a group of lights that comes in a cluster of one or many each has its own special function and specific location in the vehicle. There are signal lights, park lights, brake lights, and reverse lights etc. in a group of taillight to enhance the visibility of driver on the roads during the bad weather conditions or while driving in the poorly lit areas.
They are of great importance because they insure safety of driver as well as others on the road by giving them the power to detect whether there is presence of other vehicles around them. For e.g. a yellow color turn lights indicates it well whether the vehicle is turning left or right and a bright red signal taillight to warn the vehicles at the back that the car would stop. The reverse lights to help driver puts the vehicle in the reverse shift and a park light to alert oncoming drivers to the presence of the parked car. The park light is also useful for driving during foggy and rainy weather as it offers an early warning to the vehicle at the rear.
